How I became a physique photographer.
First, there was my Brownie Starflash
and three photogenic tentmates
Then I organized a physique club in high school.
These are the physique all-stars. Guess which one is me.
My neighbor Larry the Lifeguard often played catch in his trunks.
I was always there with my camera.
Even after he retired Larry wore his lifeguard suit everywhere.
In 1965 he introduced me to his patented "modeling creme,"
guaranteed to make models glow in any lighting situation.
After the first magical application, I knew there was a physique
photographer inside of me yearning to get out.
